Pumpkin, Lady Godiva seed

Cucurbita pepo Lady Godiva Pumpkins are known for their plentiful, large pepitas without the normal tough seed coat. They produce vigorous vines and, on average, 6-10 green and orange striped fruits weighing between 5-8 lbs.

 

Once the seeds are cleaned and dried, they are good eaten fresh, toasted or roasted. This pumpkin's flesh is not prized for its culinary value.

Grown by Affinity Farm in Moscow, ID and Swift River Farm in Salmon, ID.
