Rumored to be the preferred habitat of garden gnomes, Redwood Sorrel is a three-leaved groundcover reminiscent of giant clover. The leaves, stems, and flowers are all edible raw or cooked and have a tangy lemony flavor similar to chard. It spreads by rhizomes and can be easily pulled if it creeps out of bounds.
