Buying Club Membership Plans
The East Portland Plant Buying Club offers affordable native and edible plants, bulbs, and seeds, as well as gardening knowledge and skill sharing. Our goal is to increase tree canopy, wildlife habitat, and home food production in East Portland.

Club activities take place in a working East Portland garden featuring a food forest, native habitat, rain gardens, fruit trees, berry patches, a kitchen garden, vegetable production, compost systems, evidence-based soil management, and propagation areas. Chris and resident garden artist Emily are always learning and experimenting. Visitors can see techniques in practice and learn from our successes and not-so-successes.
Membership helps fund plant sourcing, educational events, community gatherings, and the infrastructure needed to bring affordable plants, seeds, and gardening knowledge directly to local gardeners.
Whether you're looking for affordable plants, practical gardening skills, or guidance on improving your own outdoor space, membership provides a way to participate at the level that fits your interests.
