Brassica oleracea This lacinato-type kale contains blue-green leaves with purple mid-ribs. Kale Dazzling Blue is cold-tolerant, surviving freezing temperature better than other lacinato types. Cool temperature intensifies Kale Dazzling Blue's colors.
